SRK...Seriously injured while shooting.......

Shahrukh Khan was seriously injured while shooting for Farah Khan’s upcoming directorial venture Happy New Year, which also stars Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah. And it looks like his injuries are taking a toll on his work, as he is on a break to recover from the accident. It is said that King Khan will resume shooting for the said film on Monday. However, it is his upcoming concert tour, Tempations Reloaded in Malaysia, that might be in trouble due to his injury.

So will he cancel the tour, you ask? Well, given the kind of energetic person he is, the Chennai Express actor has no plans to cancel the tour whatsoever. But if the recent reports are to be believed then his acts might be re-choreographed, so that SRK doesn’t have to strain his body too much.

Reportedly, Shahrukh will perform alongside Madhuri Dixit- Nene and Rani Mukerji and re-choreographing SRK’s steps will also affect the steps of Madhuri and Rani. “The choreographers are figuring out how to make the moves easy yet energetic. Some of these alterations will affect Madhuri and Rani’s steps as well as all three actors will be part of the routine,” an insider was quoted by a daily.

We love how SRK is not deterred by such an injury and we hope that he gets well soon.

Is kareena kapoor out of karan johar's film ?.."Shuddhi"

Less than a month ago KJo had denied all rumours suggesting Bebo’s ouster from Shuddhi, but a lot has changed since then
Kareena Kapoor Khan might actually be out of Karan Johar’s ambitious film featuring Hrithik Roshan, Shuddi. The director had vehemently denied that Bebo was being replaced by Deepika Padukone in this film, but guess the filmmaker has to eat his own words now. While many suggested that the reason for Kareena’s ouster was failure of Gori Tere Pyar Mein and her failing charm at the box office, others felt that it was Deepika’s growing popularity that made her Karan’s choice for his next.

Johar today attributes the reason for change in cast to the delay in the film’s shoot and Hrithik’s heath. Karan said in a recent interview, “Shuddhi may take six months, even a year, to go on the floors. We are still working on the schedule. Hrithik Roshan’s health issues, which lead to Bang Bang being pushed forward, has had its share of repercussions. Shuddhi stands indefinitely delayed and right now I don’t know where it is going. I can’t expect an actress to wait indefinitely. I feel terrible for Bebo, who is a special friend the sibling I never had.”

Earlier the filmmaker had tweeted, “Kareena Kapoor is very much a part of SHUDHI…which stars Hrithik Roshan….directed by Karan Malhotra…the film will commence next year.” After reports Kareena being replaced by Deepika made headlines, the Kapoor gal had said, “I don’t know when it will happen. Since one and half years, it has got postponed. I haven’t met Karan Johar and Hrithik is busy doing a movie titled Bang Bang. Whenever the movie goes to the floors, I will decide whether to do it.”

Shuddhi was to reunite Kareena and Hrithik after almost a decade. Buzz also suggests that Roshan Jr chose Katrina Kaif over Kareena Kapoor. With Karan giving out a clear sign that the casting might not remain the same. We wonder if it’s indeed true that Kareena Kapoor Khan is no longer the ‘favourite’

However funny that may sound the possibly of militants deciding to cash in on babe’s fan following couldn’t not be ruled out.

At the Golden Globes after party, the hottie was seen in a Bibhu Mohaptra dress. The bling on the dress and the feathery hemline weren’t exactly eye-catching, but waist up she looked quite the bombshell, especially the hairdo.

When the Exotic babe was in Los Angeles, Priyanka attended the Golden Globes pre-party in a strapless Burberry dress teamed with a pair of Oscar Tiye shoes. Pari’s in her new film is adorable and here’s what went into achieving the perfect image…

Parineeti Chopra is seen with a fringe flopping over her forehead, short-cropped hair and straight mid-length hair in her upcoming film, Hasee Toh Phasee, opposite Sidharth Malhotra. Pari has used desi girl-next-door avatars in her films, but this time she looks quirkily different. Costume designers Divya and Nidhi Gambhir had to choose western as well as Indian outfits for Parineeti in HTP. So you see her in checked shirts and denims with a plain, simple hairdo and also in lehengas, with her hair down. But the look that we like most is when Parineeti flaunts a boy-cut and nerdy glasses. To fit into the shoes of a tomboy, the Shudh Desi Romance actor wears round-necked men’s tees. In a section of the film Pari has a fringe over her forehead and boy, doesn’t she look adorable! The costume designers had to ensure that she didn’t look boring or like a conventional girl next door and we must say they’ve done their job well. Despite no skin show (not in the trailers and songs that we have seen so far), Parineeti manages to keep all eyes glued on to her!

As for Sidharth’s look in Hasee Toh Phasee, the stylists say that their main focus was on the colours. They had to keep his appearance subtle and subdued. They believe that anything overdone in Sid’s case would have taken away from his character.

Frankly, there’s nothing new or different about Sidharth’s style in this film. But we guess that’s what the filmmakers wanted. As for Parineeti, we love all her different avatars in Hasee Toh Phasee

Katrina Kaif has joined L’Oreal Paris as the band ambassador in a grand event held in Mumbai. Speaking on the occasion, the 30-year-old Ek Tha Tiger star said, “I am extremely happy and honored to be joining the L’Oreal Paris Family. Sidharth Malhotra, Parineeti Chopra and Karan Johar keep saying that Hasee Toh Phasee is not a typical romcom, but this song makes you think otherwise! Manchala is a song which you would find in any romcom - don’t get us wrong when we say this – there is nothing wrong with the song. The fact that we have heard such a romantic song in every Bollywood movie makes us feel that this song is very repetitive.
