Priyanka Chopra’s father, Dr Ashok Chopra, passed away about an hours ago (12:40 PM) at the Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Chopra, who was first diagnosed with cancer in 2005, was on life support in the last few days.
The actress and her entire family was with him at the time of his death.
Priyanka was extremely close to her dad and would post pictures of him in the hospital with the words “My daddy strongest”. The father-daughter duo were last seen at the TOIFA Awards in Vancouver.
