SRK-Jo dosti back on track
Shahrukh Khan and Karan Johar were spotted on a dinner outing at Olive Bar in Mumbai. The duo was not alone.
Also spotted at the party were actresses Malaika Arora, Shamita Shetty, Mugdha Godse, and designer Rocky S.
Shahrukh Khan who recently underwent a shoulder surgery had his arm in a sling. He sported a salt-and-pepper stubble. Karan Johar, his buddy, his confidant, was close behind. Both of them were dressed in black and casually drove past the waiting paparazzi.
The duo’s friendship was put to a test when it was said that Shahrukh Khan was upset over a remark by Karan Johar about Priyanka Chopra who was being linked with the 47-year-old superstar last year. Reports of a possible patch-up between the two came in April when Karan Johar said that he will surely direct SRK again.
When he was asked if he’s planning any film with Shahrukh Khan, Johar had said, “I should (be planning one). Working with him is a given. He is my family and my friend. We’ll plan out something.”
It’s not clear who extended the olive branch first, but seeing the two party together at Olive Bar, we know the happy times are back again for the duo.
